Here is a paper that described the transcriptomic respnse to pulp mill effluents: at the hypothalamic level. It is a true collaboration with our freinds in FPInnovation and Health Canada. It advances the concept of Neiuroendocrine disruption, which we have been working on for the last decade. We first proposed that effluents contain neuroactive substances in Basu et al. 2009. .
